Custom Club Order Page

In partnership with certain clubs and Coaches, we offer this form to simplify the ordering process.

If your club is interested in custom uniforms, please email our office manager to have your requirements set up.

Please provide the following information and the head seamstress will create your custom pattern, you will receive an email to verify your measurements.

Once you respond to the verification we will send you an invoice. Once invoice requirements are met we will begin production on your garments.

Please take measurements while you are wearing any protective items, as these add to your final measurements.

Across the widest part of your chest, usually 2 inches under the armpit. Measure all the way around.
Males: Just above the hip bone. Females, across the navel area. Measure all the way around.
Measure around the widest part of the hips. Measure all the way around.
Measure across the shoulders from just above the top of the arm, at the middle point between front and back, measured side-to-side.
Measured from shoulder to wrist.
Tuck your thumb behind your finges and measure around the hand at the widest point.
From nape of neck to where you measured your hip.
